At JobQuote, we're committed to providing excellent service. If you're not satisfied with our service, we offer a fair and transparent refund process.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, we'll refund your subscription in full.

Eligibility for Refunds

Eligible Situations

  • Within 14 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Technical issues preventing service use (when unresolved)
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service significantly differs from advertised features
  • Unauthorised charges on your account

Non-Eligible Situations

  • After the 14-day money-back guarantee period
  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Account termination due to abuse or misuse
  • Change of mind after 14 days
  • Partial months of service

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Access remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • No charges will occur after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your account at any time
  • Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation
  • Cancellations outside the 14-day guarantee are not refundable

Pro-Rated Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer pro-rated refunds:

  • Extended service outages affecting your business
  • Critical features become unavailable
  • Account issues preventing service use for extended periods

Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on unused subscription time and are granted at our discretion after reviewing the circumstances.

Payment Disputes

If you notice an unauthorised or incorrect charge:

  • Contact us immediately at billing@jobquote.com
  • Provide transaction details and reason for dispute
  • We'll investigate and respond within 2 business days
  • Resolution typically occurs within 5-7 business days

Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank. We're committed to resolving issues directly and chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Free Trial Conversions
