Advertising and Your Choices

The free version of the JobQuote mobile app may display advertising supplied through Google AdMob. Depending on your location and choices, Google may serve personalised, non-personalised, or limited ads and may process device information, advertising identifiers, app interactions, ad impressions, and diagnostic information.

Where required, JobQuote uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request your advertising consent before requesting ads. On iOS, you may also be asked whether you allow tracking across other companies' apps and websites. Refusing tracking does not prevent you from using JobQuote.

When advertising privacy options are required for your region, you can review or change them from JobQuote's Settings → Legal → Advertising privacy choices. You can also change iOS tracking permission in your device settings.

Advertising Providers

Analytics and Session Replay

With your consent, we use PostHog, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to understand product usage, diagnose errors, and improve navigation. Clarity may reconstruct interactions as privacy-masked session recordings and heatmaps. Form inputs and sensitive text are masked, and we do not intentionally send customer, quote, invoice, payment, chat, address, phone, or attachment content to Clarity.

We use a pseudonymous account identifier to connect authenticated activity across JobQuote surfaces. You can withdraw analytics or advertising consent at any time through “Privacy choices” in the website footer or the mobile app settings. Future collection stops after withdrawal; provider retention and deletion are governed by their respective policies and our data-handling obligations.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can also object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of certain communications from us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Children

JobQuote is designed for tradespeople and business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly use children's personal information for personalised advertising.
